That's where I come in. I'm the person who looks at your whole business, not just your Instagram grid, and helps you figure out what's actually working, what's not, and what to do about it.

You didn't start your business so you could spend half your week stressing about Instagram. You started it because you have a passion for helping people — and that matters. So I'm not going to come in here and tell you to post seven reels a week or build a 47-step funnel before you can consider yourself a "real" business. That's not what moves the needle, and more importantly, it's not sustainable.
What I actually believe? That simpler is almost always better, that you don't need thousands of followers for real marketing to work, and that the best strategy is one you can actually stick to. I help you figure out what's worth your time and energy (and what you can safely let go of) so you can stop spinning your wheels and start seeing results.

I'm a marketing strategist, a mom, an introvert who asks really good questions, and someone who has genuinely been in the weeds of this industry for over ten years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing (with honours), and I've worked my way through agency roles, corporate teams, in-house positions, and a Marketing Director title before I finally admitted that building something of my own was always the plan. I specialize in working with women-owned wellness businesses — not because it checked a niche box, but because I am their ideal customer, a certified wellness girlie. I understand the audience because I live the life. And I know what it feels like to want to build something meaningful while also being a whole person with a family and a finite number of hours in a day. I'm based in Fort McMurray, Alberta, and I built this business to work for my life — which means I know exactly how to help you do the same.

01. I’m Always outside
I grew up in the West Kootenays so nature is my second language. Any excuse to be outside and I'll take it, whether it’s backcountry camping, a trail hike, or just a stroller walk around the neighbourhood.
02. My Motherhood is everything to me
If you went through early motherhood and came out the other side feeling like an entirely different person (in the best way) — same. That experience is honestly at the root of everything I do now..
